xpireDocs provides the following services:

The xpireDocs team leverages years of experience linking documentation to the appropriate data points to provide our customers with the most comprehensive and secure solution.

 

Document Conversion

This per document fee covers the conversion and import of all paper and/or electronic documents into xpireDocs and is billed on a monthly basis as the work occurs based on the actual number of documents handled. This fee will be charged for each logical document or image set provided both in scope and out of scope. In scope logical documents are tracked and charge each time a given logical document is indexed against a unique “xpireDocs Customer Number.” Each out of scope logical document is tracked and charged as it is scanned. All documents are stored within xpireDocs to support the proper disposition of each certificate.

Compliance Update

Includes supplies, outbound postage and services for a single page letter (min. 150 pieces) and is billed on a monthly basis based on the actual number of pieces mailed. Mailings will depend upon the number of pieces required for a specific campaign. Campaigns are billed in advance prior to the start of the campaign. Additional postage charges will be billed back as they are incurred.

Document Destruction

A service whereby all certificates received by us and are picked up and liquefied by a certified third party document destruction firm once they have been scanned and indexed into xpiredDocs. The service is included at no additional charge.

Data Port

Our experts systematically ports exempt customer data from your financial system(s) into xpireDocs where it is synchronized and compared with relevant certificate information. This service provides an ongoing and periodic update of relevant metadata stored in your existing electronic systems for synchronizing xpireDocs at startup and at regular intervals thereafter.

Training

Training sessions are offered to help ensure your staff leverages the full power of xpireDocs. For xpireDocs, we recommend one full day of onsite training at your location. The instructor will provide you with a PDF training manual for reference during and after the session.

Call Center Support

A dedicated line (branded with your company name) that your customers can call if they have any questions regarding the request for updated certificates that they receive. Trained personnel familiar with your program handle all calls and who have immediate access to the xpireDocs information for your customers.
