xpireDocs was conceived and built by people that have worked with corporations to build solutions around document management and compliance for over 20 years. The vision was to fill a gap in an area for businesses that was considered “easy pickins’” for auditors, with technology and security that makes the acquisition and compliance attainable, for businesses of all sizes.

 

We brought experience from a variety of areas. Expertise in building a solution that would protect customers on the back end of the process on the reporting and analytics was one of those areas. Then, our “front end” team used their knowledge to create many ways to capture the completed documents.

 

Another was the type of compliance experience that was utilized with xpireDocs from the various verticals we have worked with in the past. Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Retail, Food & Beverage…all just examples of companies with different requirements, just because of their business focus. We then leveraged our knowledge of both process and technology to fulfill their needs.

 

This created a perfect solution that would give corporations the confidence that what they were accepting or requesting was exactly what was needed. This also ensured that what was acquired would be supported, along with being easily reported and analyzed and stored for as long as needed, according to any customers’ policies.
