xpireDocs Features

 

xpireDocs exemptions management system has been designed and highlights the following key components of electronic document storage:

 

  • Acquistion

  • Reporting/Inquiry

  • Auditing

  • Security

 

Once the user logs into xpireDocs, the menu system and security can be customized by the user. Standard user type fields include Admin, View, CRS and Inquiry. The landing page can be specialized for each unique user. The search page allows the user to search on a wide variety of fields related to the customer.  User defined fields can be set up for each customer. The customer detail menu features customer info, documents and ship to functionality. Each selection will open in a new window and can simply be closed after viewing provoding the user to remain on the same menu for that customer.

 

Obtaining certificates with the use of our forms wizard allows the user to quickly and easily locate the specific form they need to obtain.

 

Reporting/Inquiry results are based on customer defined fields.  Reports include, but are not limited to company, division, customer, state of exemption, document status, and missing reports.

 

The auditing function is an online feature uploading an audit file based on customer number and  state of exeption, which results can be exported as well as images downloaded. The image url is secured and can only be veiwed by authorized users.

 

PCI compliant security exsists as part of xpireDocs encryption testing feature for username and passwords.  All .pdf files/images are secure and can only be viewed by an authorized user. This feature removes any visable public url of where searchable files/documents may have originated.
